agreement between the San Gabriel and Lower Los Angeles Rivers and Mountains Conservancy (RMC) and the Wildlife Conservation Board (WCB) for the allocation of funds from WCB to RMC for an appraisal and due diligence costs of a 483± acre portion of the West Coyote Hills property, located in the city of Fullerton in Orange County.  (WCB 5/2022)

Banning Ranch $10,000,000 Orange County
grant to the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA) for a cooperative project with CDFW, Natural Resources Agency, USFWS, and SCC to acquire 385± acres of land for the protection of upland and lowland habitat consisting of wetlands, vernal pools, marsh lands, arroyos, and coastal sage scrub (WCB 5/2022)

grant to the City of Rancho Palos Verdes for a cooperative project with USFWS, the Palos Verdes Peninsula Land Conservancy, and the County of Los Angeles to acquire 96± acres from Jim York/Point View Properties. Total price is $21 million. (WCB 5/2022)
