State Coastal Conservancy Board actions in March 2018
Study on how sea level rise will affect future wetland restoration projects: disburse up to $46,949 to
the Aquatic Science Center to augment the previously authorized marsh migration studies
for the Southern California Wetlands Recovery Project Regional Strategy
in Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties
disburse up to $61,075 to the Smith River Alliance to prepare
pre-acquisition studies to protect 22 acres of coastal wetlands and fish and
wildlife habitat with a conservation easement on the Goodwin Pond Property, Smith River estuary, Del Norte County.
disburse up to $400,000 to the Land Conservancy of San Luis Obispo County for acquisition of the 45 acre San Luis Obispo Creek Farms in the lower San Luis Obispo Creek watershed.
