MONTEREY COUNTY-Big Sur: accept high bids ($75,000 and $50,000) for the purchase of two Kasler Point Transfer of Development Credits (TDCs), request that the Department of General Services assist in the conveyance of the two TDCs, and authorization for the Executive Officer to negotiate and enter into agreement for and to complete the sale of the Conservancy’s property at Victorine Ranch and to retain the services of a real estate broker to assist in the marketing and sale of the Victorine Ranch property.
