MALIBU, AT CROSSING AT KANAN-DUME ROAD: disburse up to $1,000,000 to the Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority to acquire the 23.71-acre Ramirez Canyon, Lauber Smith property for habitat conservation, open space, and COASTAL SLOPE TRAIL public access and recreation in the Santa Monica Mountains, Los Angeles County. SCC 12/19/2019
PRICE: Coastal Conservancy $1,000,000; Wildlife Conservation Board (proposed) $615,000; Los Angeles County $1,613,000. Project Total $3,228,000
